Wanda Cole-Frieman “The appreciation I have for my Barnard experience inspired me to join the Athena Society by making Barnard a beneficiary in my will. The education I received at Barnard prepared me for a fulfilling career; provided me with the tools I needed to grow personally; and fostered incomparable, lifelong friendships and connections.

It is important to me that I give back and provide current students with the same assistance I received. Someone made it possible for me to attend Barnard through their generous gifts, and I hope that my gift can help pay it forward for the next generation.”
